Hi, I’m Julia – a 37-year-old single mum, animal-lover, and certified Face Yoga instructor.

For most of my life I chased an impossible ideal of “perfection.”
As a child I was often told I was unattractive; the words cut so deep they eventually affected my nervous system. In my early twenties, desperate to change my appearance, I underwent a series of low-cost cosmetic surgeries abroad—choices driven by a tight budget rather than sound medical advice. The procedures left me with complications, infections, and scars, and I still carried the same insecurity I’d started with.


Everything shifted when a friend gifted me a place in a Face Yoga course.
Those first gentle exercises lit a spark: Face Yoga helped me
soothe my nervous system and feel more balanced — zero scalpels required. I immersed myself in anatomy, neuromuscular science, and mindful movement, pairing facial training with breath-work, meditation, and self-compassion practices. The result wasn’t just a fresher face—it was a calmer mind and a sense of harmony I hadn’t felt since childhood.

Today, between raising my six-year-old son, advocating for animals at a vegan non-profit, and exploring nature barefoot whenever I can, I guide people worldwide. My sessions will support your glow inside and out. My trauma-aware sessions create a safe space to unwind and process tension:
